Danial Shupe

Danial Shupe is the latest attorney to join The Hughes Law Firm in Denver. For his age, Dan is surprisingly well-rounded legally. While concentrating his efforts in the areas of Estate Planning, Colorado Elder Law, Veterans’ Benefits and Estate Administration, Dan has a strong background in Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Torts, and Workers’ Compensation Matters.

A graduate of the Rutgers School of Law in 2004 and New Mexico State University in 1999, where he was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Dan is constantly involved in continuing legal education courses which help him hone his talents and better serve his admiring clients. Dan is sharp, motivated and capable. Anyone that can capture first place in a state wrestling tournament has to be a hard worker. Dan is dedicated to his clients and does whatever it takes to make certain that they and their families are properly taken of.
