Hailley first found her passion for designing estate plans and agreements during law school, when she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for finishing 1st out of 300 students in her Contact Law class. She sought and was awarded an internship with the prestigious boutique firm, Anderson Law, where she learned the ins and outs of probate and estate planning, and the importance of showing compassion toward clients during the most challenging and emotional times of their lives. She had a gift for helping clients understand how to move forward and decided that this would be a rewarding career path.
After graduating at the top of her class from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Hailley earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver’s Graduate Tax Program, where she also finished at the top. This education has been useful in helping her chart the best path for her clients. During her LL.M. studies, she was selected to join the Tax Team and competed on behalf of the university in the American Bar Association’s National Tax Challenge. She finished second in the county for her oral defense and written paper.
Hailley has worked as an independent contractor attorney and in boutique firms handling an array of matters. She has been helping clients meet their goals in estate planning, probate, real estate, and business law since graduation.
As an avid equestrian, Hailley can be found at horse shows competing with her show jumping horses on the local and national circuits. She also enjoys handling her own American Kennel Club registered Greyhounds at various dog shows around Colorado and across the country.
