• Clare Bridge program — Deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, our Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care program, also called the Clare Bridge program, focuses on sustaining feelings of belonging, purpose and safety for our residents, while seeking to preserve a sense of self.
• Crossings program — Specifically developed to help persons with early-stage dementia, our Clare Bridge Crossings program builds on the growing body of aging research that shows well-designed programs can help sustain mental functions often impacted in the early to early-middle stages of Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
