How To Create Your Custom Attorney-Reviewed Estate Plan Online

The Hughes Law Firm's online estate planning tools combine the simplicity and affordability of online drafting with the confidence that comes from having a respected Colorado law firm on your side. You'll never have to wonder if you filled out a form correctly, or if your documents will hold up in court after you pass away.

Whether you need a comprehensive estate plan or just one document, we can help. Here is how the process works.

1. Take The Estate Planning Checkup

Our free estate planning checkup will help you figure out what estate planning strategy is best for you and your family. Answer a few simple questions, and we will recommend the estate planning tools that are best suited for your individual needs.

2. Select Your Package And Pay

You can choose to purchase a comprehensive estate planning package, or you can purchase single documents ala carte.

Your purchase makes you a client of The Hughes Law Firm and creates a formal attorney-client relationship. All of the information you share with us will be kept confidential.

3. Complete The Online Questionnaire

The questionnaire walks you through providing all of the information necessary to allow us to generate your customized estate plan.

You can complete it in one sitting, or - if you need more time to think or discuss something with your family - you can save your progress and come back to it later.

4. We Review Your Answers And Create Your Documents

Your answers will be used to create your customized estate plan, which will then be reviewed by an attorney at our firm. We will contact you if we have any questions or concerns about the information you provided.

5. Your Documents Are Sent To You

You will receive an email notification when we are finished creating your estate plan. You can then log on to our site and download your documents from our secure server.

You will need to sign your documents in the presence of witnesses and/or a notary public. We will provide instructions when we send you your completed estate plan.

If you prefer, we offer a supervised execution of your documents in our office, where one of our experienced paralegals will walk you through every step of the signing process.

We suggest filing a copy of your estate plan in a secure location that is accessible to the person or people you have selected to act on your behalf.
